In Mar del Sur, a ghost town on the Argentine coast, inside an abandoned hotel lives its owner, Eduardo Gamba, a nice old man.

Eduardo always comes out to the door to welcome tourists who are attracted by the Boulevard Atlantic Hotel, built in a neoclassical style and devastated by the passing of the years.

He offers them a guided tour, where he tells legends of the place: its mysterious origin, his passionate romance with a French singer, among many other stories...

But when the night comes, he admits: none of this is real.
