I used a free version from Gutenberg as a source. I scanned the illustrations from a Puffin paperback and added them. I tidied up the formatting a lot, and did my best to make this version match the Puffin paperback where they differed.

This version also has a Preface and Dedication that aren't in the puffin paperback
