Cuando asesinan a un funcionario federal japonés, la Cia calcula que el Yakuza pudo estar invulcrado en su muerte, y llaman a su hombre (Travis) para manejar el trabajo,lo mandan a Tokio para clasificar toda la informacion.Travis no estará solo en su misión sin embargo, han tenido el buen sentido de enviar a un nuevo recluta, el Agente Mac (Matthew Davis) junto con él para aprender y mantenerlo quizás en línea un poco también.

Seagal esta mucho mejor en esta película que sus otros esfuerzos recientes y la película lo beneficia mucho, para los seguidores de seagal y de las artes marciales esta pelicula no los desepcionara, una gran mezcla de accion, aventura, artes marciales y terroristas.
