This is the movie of a game called Fahrenheit, or Indigo Prophecy if you are in North America, From Quantic Dreams.

The story goes... Lucas is just a regular guy who mysteriously murders another guy in a restaurant restroom for no reason. the thing is, Lucas did not want to commit a murder and he also doesn't know why he did it. From then on, Lucas is disturbed by visions of a little girl so he decides to go after an answer for what's happening. Still in the beginning of the story you are going to meet Carla and Tyler, two cops who were assigned to the mysterious murder case.
