The Poetry of Tennyson - 6 - Thorndike and Casson torrent

Caedmon recorded Sybil Thorndike and Lewis Casson in the evening of their careers. Sir Lewis was a prominent actor-manager and his wife Dame Sybil a mainstay at the Old Vic.(Shaw wrote St Joan expressly for her)
