Wardell Gray's brief life contributed greatly to "the jazz idiom"


Wardell did "PREZ" almost better than prez. Unfortunately few recordings (if any)

exist with good sound quality.....especially small combo recordings which showcase

Wardell.


This music is excellent but the sound is thin.....part of the package.


The Haig was a club in LA, not the Netherlands (forgive my humor)
