Electric Zoo is a dynamic power trio akin to '70s Classic Rock music, combining elements from Psychedelic, Hard Rock, Funk, Blues and Jazz.

The band's music is played with a warm, live and retro sound, a tight rhythm section and ground-shaking energy.

City Mouse, one of Israel's leading culture and entertainment websites, recently wrote that Electric Zoo is Israel's finest Rock'n'Roll band.

After two years of writing and rehearsing, the group started performing in Tel Aviv's local bars and within one year alone has managed to become one of the most talked about Rock bands in Israel's Indie music scene, heralded for leaving its mark in every major venue it has played (Reeperbahn Festival, InDnegev, Ye'arot Menashe, MAD Music and Israel's biggest Rock clubs.)

This is the band's debut album, recorded and mixed by Uri 'Mixmonster' Wertheim (The Apples) as part of the HaRaKe label. The album was recorded in four days at the Kol HaCampus studios, straight to tape, using vintage and analogue equipment from the '60s and the '70s. The anticipation around this debut has garnered interest and invitations from clubs and records labels around the globe.
