I don't understand why so many disliked this erotic thriller. Most films with Sharon Stone (then 35) have been good, but there were years when it was a fashion among critics to throw dirt on her. Jealousy, perhaps? As a Mensa member, she is known to have an IQ of 154 and probably knows exactly what she does when she's pretending to be just a sexy bimbo.

This movie is no more kinky than "Basic Instinct", only more high-tech. With more nudity. And more sex. And music by 'Massive Attack'.

Widescreen, XviD 2-pass 704x384, good stereo sound, AC3.
