released before, this is not allowed at a 2 CD and that it has 2 audio tracks.
The extra audio track is the commentary included on the DVD. This is also from
the UK released DVD, so has more image at the top and bottom than other places
in the world, being 1.78:1 and not cropped from the *original* 1.85:1. Use VLC
