Intentions for this fanedit:This 99 minutes version of Wes Craven�s classic contains alternate takes, longer scenes, extra dialogues, previously unused footage and a slightly different soundtrack integrated to the film. It is a fan-made cut, not a director�s cut. The video & audio tracks have been remastered and remixed, so that the transitions between the regular cut and the extra scenes go as seamlessly as possible.

Further note: Most of the extra footage looks to have come from an �nth generation� vhs and suffers from interlacing artifacts, except Tina�s infamous death scene which is fully uncut and the quality is the same as the rest of the main movie. All DVD releases have this scene cut (R-rated print), so it can be assumed the source used was an uncut laserdisc.

A not to the image quality: The image quality for this release is definitely subpar. Please take a look at the screenshots before downloading this one. This version is for true fans of the original movie only.
