NOTE I have done lots to this 1st of all i took the audio and changed the EQ around it sounds good for cam audio but in no way direct. Next came the video i have seen a lot worse before It had dupe frames so i decimated the video and also done some cropping to remove black bars and did some color adjustment. and last but not least i used a anti flicker filter on this. Anyway I hope you enjoy
