Synopsis:
London, 1818. Begins a secret affair between the young 23 year old English poet, John Keats (Ben Whishaw) and his neighbor, Fanny Brawne (Abbie Cornish), an outspoken and smart student. The atypical partner starts badly, he seeing her as a brash style, and she at all impressed not only by his poetry, but literature in general. However, when Fanny Keats discovers that taking care of his younger brother, gravely ill, he is shocked and asks him to teach you things about poetry, to which he agrees. Poetry becomes a romantic choice that works not only to resolve their differences, but to fuel a passionate romance.

When Fanny\'s alarmed mother and Keats\' best friend discover the relationship, it is now unstoppable. Hard and hopelessly absorbed in each other, the young lovers are driven by powerful and new sensations. \"I feel as if we are dissolving,\" wrote Keats. Then rode together in a wave of romantic obsession, but did not get stronger as their problems grew.

Sinopsis:

La atípica pareja empieza mal, él viéndola a ella como una como una estilosa descarada, y ella en absoluto impresionada no sólo por su poesía, sino por la literatura en general. Sin embargo, cuando Fanny descubre que Keats está cuidando de su hermano menor, gravemente enfermo, se ve conmovida y le pide entonces que le enseñe cosas sobre la poesía, a lo que él accede. La poesía se convierte así en un remedio romántico que funciona no sólo para resolver sus diferencias, sino como combustible de un apasionado romance.

Cuando la alarmada madre de Fanny y la mejor amiga de Keats descubren la relación, ésta ya es imparable.
