Deeply touching story of a young native American (Seda) who has turned criminal and is dying of cancer. He kidnaps his doctor (Harrelson) to be taken back to the promised land of his forefathers to find eternal healing. During this action-filled road movie, Harrelson undergoes a transformation with some help from Ann Bancroft (now deceased) as a colourful New Age freak.

It is a scandal that this fantastic film has not been released on DVD in the U.S., nor is it available in northern Europe from CDONcom. I was therefore very excited when I came across this presumably non-existant DVD in a French edition with the original English soundtrack intact.
