Why are Skype notifications so loud???

-Tired of getting blasted by skype sounds while you are listening to music or using other software with sound?

I Fucking am!

So I loaded the craptardedly loud and poorly produced Skype sounds(only the ones I use and which annoy me) into my daw and rendered them at low volume.
