Damaged was a heavy metal band from Ballarat in Victoria, Australia that was formed in 1989. Damaged referred to its brand of music as \"Hate Core\", possibly best described as a violent mixture of grindcore, death metal, black metal and hardcore punk.

Included in this torrent are the original 1st demo \"The Art Of Destroying Life\" & a remixed version of \"Passive Backseat Demon Engines\" which was released with a reprint of Do Not Spit as bonus tracks. \"The Art\" is ripped from a tape & the first 10 seconds of tape was a little chewed up but apart from that it sounds fine.
