Tiesto - Global Harmony torrent

As the world joins together for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games this summer, Coca-Cola invited Tiësto to produce a track that properly expresses what the occasion means to him.

Tiësto had been provided with a theme and using his music as his form of expression, he created a song that expanded on his inspiration, drawn from the theme. The title of the track he created is 'Global Harmony'.

The collaboration is based on the contribution of Chinese visual artist Xiao Xue who designed a new limited-edition Coca-Cola bottle. The graphic arts featured in the design, were then united with Tiësto's track, thus showing the basis of the concept: the possibilities that emerge when cultures of all parts of the world come together.

Both the artistic and cultural exchange of this first ever project resulted in a total of eight limited-edition aluminum contour bottles by the title 'WE8', which refers to the collaboration between West and East around eight different themes.
