Fantastic acting by Richard Gere as the manic-depressive (bi-polar) patient seducing his psyciatrist (Swedish-born Lena Olin) who endangers her job. Not as sinister as it sounds; lots of laughs and heartfelt insights: Who is the most "sane"? Gere plays the piano himself, as he did in "Pretty Woman" and other films.

I could not find a torrent for this good film anywhere, so I made a rip.
