Do you know that Edith Piaf dedicated the song "No Regrets"
to the French Foreign Legion. I had a mate once, many
years ago - little Cockney guy - and he'd been in the FFL.
He walked out the front door one morning, after telling his
missus that he was just nipping out for some cigarettes, and
he didn't come back for another seven years. Weird or what.
He'd been in - not sure - think it was Kolwezi, Zaire...
something like that. Anyway, enjoy the album.
