Ok so I did a re-encode of the original rls by CiMG.
iAPULA had done a similar encode, but as with CiMG's rls it had bad AR.
I have attempted to fix that.
If you ask me it wasn't done all that bad either.
I have also taken the liberty of cropping the subtitles.
I have re-encoded it with a lower bitrate to make it a 700MB file.
For those of you who are very picky about quality, this does indeed mean the quality dropped a little.
But not by much.
I didn't notice until after I was done encoding that I had added the black bars at the top and bottom.
That was unintended, but it is what it is.
