To continue downloading ONLY the parts which were corrupted and NOT the ENTIRE new FILE, you have to point the directory of the new file to the OLD which you had already downloaded.

In uTorrent you go to the Torrent you just downloaded, Right click and choose ADVANCED -> SET Download Location and enter the location of the OLD file you downloaded. You might have to do a manual HASH recheck so UT finds it and it will say like 70% completed. And you can start downloading again and it will only download the missing parts.

Does not have this problem with the broken AVI file but the entire exercise is not to have to redownload the Entire WHOLE movie over again.

This is also why SPLIT RAR files are better since it is easier to redownload a single broken file of 15MB rather than going through this entire exercise.
