MR. RAKAFELA born Alvin E. Kirton III in Oakland, California in July of 1973 was highly influenced in the early 90's by the success of Tupac Shakur and Shock G from Digital Underground. Being deeply rooted in Tupac and Digital's cliques MR. RAKAFELA developed a Funk/ Hip Hop mix which he displays in his latest masterpiece "TALE OF A NEW LEGEND" feat.
