Horus neemt een menselijke gedaante aan en probeert Jill voor zich te winnen.
Horus moet haast maken, want New York stevent af op de Apocalyps:
criminaliteit en geweld heersen in de onderste lagen van de stad, mutanten mengen zich onder de bevolking en een seriemoordenaar maakt het derde niveau van de stad onveilig...

Bilal verfilmde zijn eigen stripverhalen tot een imposant SF-spektakel vol prachtige futuristische beelden, grandioze speciale effecten en visuele hoogstandjes.
