The music on this CD is in part inspired by the singing men at Cafe Du Detroit in Tanger, Morocco who I met during my 2000 tour and to whom I dedicate this CD.
Their personal dedication to and their daily practice of the Andalusian musical tradition was a great influence on me. - DE
