Jimi Hendrix Experience - Radio One [FLAC] torrent

In 1988 I was in 8th grade, and the first official release of these Hendrix recordings on the Rykodisc label was Important with a capital I. I was just getting into Hendrix, and I still think this collection is as good an introduction to Jimi and his mastery of the guitar as any other. It's loose, it's fun. For whatever reason it doesn't seem to be included in a lot of the discography uploads that are out there these days, so I figured I would share.


Completists--yes, the "BBC Sessions" discs that came out in the late 90s were a more "complete" document of Hendrix live at the BBC than this set. For most people I think this version contains all the essential material--without 17 versions of each song. As a cohesive album, this is the one that makes sense to me.
