Hello All!

Been away for while - but I thought I'd come back with a shock.

This is: Irreversible

It is very rare that a film can trully disturb me. This is one of them. I first saw this at our local Art House called The Metro at a Midnight screening, and NEVER have I seen an audience so shocked, disturbed and sickened by a film. We were all left speechless.

Don't get me wrong the film is brilliant - because director Gaspar Noé accomplished exactly what he intended. To leave the viewer just as violated as the characters on screen.

I was left feeling sick, and angry, and vengeful, and dirty. Only a peice of good art can effect one in an emotional way. The films dynamic, detached and confusing style of capturing the images creates the perfect disorientation to leave you reeling, and tossed.

WARNING: This film is HIGHLY distrubing, graphic and violent.
