Ebert & Roeper - 08 17 08 - The Final Show torrent

NOTE:
This is likely the final show of Ebert & Roeper. Although no mention is made in this week's show, it has been reported that this is indeed the final week of Ebert & Roepers involvement in "At the Movies."

This concludes these torrents from "shimbin" / "binshim." The new "At the Movies" show, and any future show from Richard Roeper (more on these below) will have to come from a new source. Consider the torch passed. :) MANY MANY THANKS to all who have enjoyed these torrents and voiced their appreciation, especially to those around the world who could not have seen the show any other way.

Remember that At the Movies can now be seen at this web site. Although it isn't clear if this website will continue providing the show with it's new hosts, it seems likely that the new show will be available online here or elsewhere.

If you haven't already heard, Roger Ebert & Richard Roeper are leaving the show ("At the Movies"). Roeper's last show will be the weekend of August 16 - 17, but he intends to move to a new show "that honors the standards established by Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert more than 30 years ago."

"At the Movies" will continue, starting the weekend of September 6. The new co-hosts will be Ben Mankiewicz (from cable's Turner Classic Movies), and Ben Lyons (from cable's E! Entertainment Television).
