I have uploaded this because I love the song but am unable to find the original Joe Brown version anywhere. This is the unoriginal version performed by an artist whose identity is unknown to me. He sounds like David Cassidy but obviously isn't as he was a huge star at the time and wouldn't have needed to session on a TOP OF THE POPS album. Perhaps you know who the singer is? Perhaps you were the singer.
