FYI: for some reason, it frequently happens that when i stop seeding & shut down my torrent app (Bittorrent) for a while, i can't seed the torrent again - i get a message that i cannot upload b/c someone else is seeding the file...or it goes totally haywire and thinks i need to download a file i already have. ridiculous. so i'm reposting a bunch of torrents. if anyone can explain this to me, that'd be fantastic.
