Een groep huurders wordt gedwongen uit hun appartementencomplex te verhuizen, zodat het complex kan worden gesloopt. De projectontwikkelaar huurt een knokploeg in om de huurders te verjagen. Gelukkig komt er net een groepje mechanische aliens uit de ruimte op bezoek. Zij sluiten vriendschap met de bewoners en helpen hen bij de strijd tegen de projectontwikkelaar met zijn knokploeg.
