Cinco anos após Katie (Kathie Featherston) matar a irmã Kristi (Sprague Grayden) e o cunhado Daniel (Brian Boland) e levar consigo o sobrinho Hunter, ela vive com o pequeno Robbie (Brady Allen) em uma casa.
