Seven hours are included. The recording starts at 10:00 AM ET, at which time the President-Elect is on the way to the White House for coffee with the President. The recording ends at 5:00 PM ET, a few minutes after the new first family has arrived at the White House viewing stand to see the parade. The oath of office and inaugural address occur at 12:00 noon ET.

It's not quite as crisp as what you'll see in EZTV or LOL rips, but I think it's quite adequate for commemorating the day. A 10-second sample is included.
