Synopsis:
After spending eight months in a mental institution for assaulting the lover of his wife, Pat (Bradley Cooper) returns with nothing to live at home with their parents (Robert De Niro and Jacki Weaver). Determined to have a positive attitude and get his ex-wife, Pat's world becomes upside down when he meets Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence), a girl with some problems and not very good reputation in the neighborhood. Despite their initial mutual distrust between them soon develop a special bond that will help them in their lives to find the bright side of things.
