Synopsis:
Oz: The Great and Powerful (Oz, the Great and Powerful) recreates the origins of the Wizard of Oz, the popular character of Frank Baum. Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a magician circus minor and disreputable, must leave the dusty Kansas and head for the bright Land of Oz. He is convinced that he has hit the jackpot and that fame and fortune are within your reach. But things go awry when he meets three witches: Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) and Glinda (Michelle Williams), who are not at all convinced that Oscar is the great wizard everyone waited anxiously. Oscar has to face all kinds of problems in the Land of Oz and its inhabitants. So you should find out as soon as possible who is good and who is bad. Oscar uses his magic tricks, with wit, fantasy and some well witchcraft and become the great and powerful Wizard of Oz will become a better man.
