NOTES: Some Might Say for a vhs source it is some what oversized, well there
is many reasons for this,
1) due to some of the fast scenes e.g the into a
lower bitrate made it go all pixalted and horrible,
2) i ran the video through a video noice reduction filter, with the highest
reduction range, it took 10 hours to encode.

NOTES 2: During the first few minutes the picture jumps a little, i did
a quick flick through and it doesnt seem to happen anywhere else althoght
