This is the full blu-ray backup: A good substitute for having the
physical disc.

VLC should be able to play this directly.
You can use something like Makemkv to extract an mkv file.
You can presumably burn it back to blu-ray for playback in a blu-ray player.

A separate English .srt subtitle file obtained from the address above is
included in the root directory. You will have to select it yourself from
within your player. It has been superficially proofread and only the
correction wipable->wipeable was made. Look on opensubtitles.org (or
similar) for your language. Make sure you get a 23.976 FPS version
otherwise you'll have sync problems.
