The platoon encounters low-flying enemy aircraft and wastes its last bullets shooting at the Germans – much to Mainwaring’s displeasure. Perhaps he shouldn’t have been snoozing!


SOMETHING NASTY IN THE VAULT

Following an air raid, Mainwaring and Wilson fall headfirst through a hole in the bank floor. To make matters worse, they find themselves at the mercy of an unexploded bomb – can the platoon save their skins?


ROOM AT THE BOTTOM

HQ discovers that Mainwaring has never had a commission and, furthermore that he appointed himself Captain. To Wilsons delight Mainwaring’s pips are removed, but how will the men cope without their pompous leader?
