On the eve of the biggest event HeartLake City hosts, disaster and chaos is abound.
New-in-town OLIVIA is helping her veterinarian AUNT SOPHIE with her mobile clinic.
But when she's put in charge of training a scruffy puppy named Scarlet, the puppy
runs amuck, leaving a trail of destruction as she collides with ANDREA, ruins EMMA'S
banner and STEPHANIE'S cakes, and finally spooks MIA's horse BELLA who bucks Mia off
and sprints away. The girls quickly unite, helping each-other to save the day and
most importantly have fun along the way!
