This is a remux with the Rifftrax commentary added as the default audio track. The Rifftrax audio tracks have been newly remastered to ensure the riff comments are just loud enough to be clear when the movie is loud and not too loud when the movie is quiet. Please leave any feedback regarding the Rifftrax audio remastering.

Note, in The Matrix (1999) at 1h04m46s when Smith says "whatever you want" the word ever has a slight encoding distortion. This exists in both the 2.0 and 5.1 source from the original encode.
