Frank's romantic love, Libby, returns and her
time away has only increased the passionate
flame that burns in her heart. Armed only with
a mobile library she is determined to bring

romance despite the best attempts at sabotage
by Patty, her despotic mother. Libby's romantic
delusion is only punctured when she witnesses
