This is the speech in which Hitler finally announces that Germany is at war with the USA. Actually, the FULL speech is about an hour longer. This 26 minutes is maybe the most essential part.

From rotflkopter's torrent, modified so there's room on the screen for the original German text, or computer-generated titles in about 120 languages, in addition to the hardcoded English translation.

You will need to adjust your video player's subtitle positioning in order to put your chosen subs in the upper part of the screen, above the English translation.

Extracting the subtitles: rename the "... .rar.srt" file to just "... .rar" and extract.

Translation note: the only bad discrepancy in the hardcoded English titles was that somebody seems to have wanted to avoid the line about Roosevelt's "Christian hypocrisy"
