This is the complete speech by Hitler declaring that Germany and Italy are joining Japan's existing war with the United States. Spanish .srt subtitles are quite accurately extracted from the hard-coded subtitles in the archive-dot-org source. This provides a way, though not the *best* way, to generate subtitles in other languages (computer-generated translations into German, English, Italian, French, Japanese and Russian are included here).

The subtitles appear over a few still shots of Hitler rallies, etc. -- there are no moving pictures. Thumbnail images are in the torrent.

Adjust your video player to put the .srt subs on the upper half of the screen, above the hardcoded Spanish subtitles.

There are two gaps in the available audio recordings of Hitler's speech -- it's not an error in this torrent. Maybe the gaps will be filled, and even film images may become available, once the German government archive releases World War II-era materials.
