I ripped the audio and enhanced it slightly.
Punched it through Virtualdub to improve the brightness, contrast and colour and to sharpen it a little.
Re-rendered to AVI format via DivX codec to shrink it to a much smaller size.

Plays perfectly on all of my PC's here and on my 42" widescreen TV.
