After several calls to Comcast and fighting my way up the food chain, I think I have things resolved. Right now I'm still on antenna, but I will be ordering a new TV-Tuner that accepts a CableCard. It is also a dual tuner, so I will be taking requests for other shows to record once I get things up and running. Now, I'm just waiting for the new tuner to arrive.
