DopeSubs has released its first non-fansub release. This is the complete english dub of the classic anime from last summer, WataMote.

Tomoko is voiced by Monica Rial. That's all we know at the time this was posted.

The 12 english dubbed episodes were taken off of Anime Network using rtmpdump, and rtmpdump converted it to MKV format. They were then checked with Anime Checker and uploaded to nyaa for your enjoyment.
