SINOPSIS Comedia universitaria en la que Ratko Volvic (Efren Ramirez), el hijo de un dictador de Europa Oriental, llega a Estados Unidos para estudiar en la universidad. Con su exótico acento, sus costumbres y, sobre todo, su dinero, Ratko pronto se convierte en el más popular del campus. Pero cuando se enamora de Holly (Katrina Bowden), comienza a cuestionar a su padre y de dónde proviene realmente toda su fortuna.
