The "Chris Cox Megamix" is the second single from the limited edition of Britney Spears's album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. The song was mixed by Chris Cox and was released during the fourth quarter of 2004 in the Philippines, Hong Kong and also as a preorder gift in Taiwan. The CD also included the Megamix music video and the full version of the Chris Cox Megamix. The video also received airplay in Europe to promote the greatest hits.

The Megamix video was released in the UK to promote her album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. The video reached number one in the UK video chart. It had also moderate success in Brazil where the video was released debuting at number eight in January 2005 and peaked at number two

The Megamix comprises a mix of the most successful of Britney's hit singles up to that point. The songs featured are:
