The Griffins, along with many notable residents of Quahog, are invited to the mansion of James Woods, who declares he wishes to repent for all his wrongdoings against the invited individuals. However, a series of mysterious murders take place among the guests during the evening, resulting in the deaths of Quagmires female companion, Woods, Muriel Goldman, Woods girlfriend Priscilla and Jilians husband Derek. While their numbers decrease, the guests attempt to identify who among them is the murderer they eventually point to Tom Tucker when a corpse is found in his room. The day after, Lois finds out Diane Simmons was the true killer. Diane explains she had set up everything in order to frame Tucker and kill Woods. As Diane prepares to murder Lois as well, she is ultimately killed by Stewie.
