"Shone" is a promotional single from Flo Rida's second studio album, R.O.O.T.S.. It features Pleasure P and is produced by Jim Jonsin and Dre & Vidal. Before the singles official release, the song was known as "You Can Be My Shone"; in this version Rico Love (who wrote the song) sang all of Pleasure P's vocals. Various radio stations, including Sirius/XM Radio refer to the single by the title 'Action'.

A music video premiered on February 23, 2009 on MySpace Video.

Brisco, Billy Blue and David Lyn (Flo Rida's Poe Boy label mates) make cameo appearances, as do Rico Love, Jim Jonsin, and Poe Boy CEO E-Class.

"Shone" peaked at #57 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #81 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. It also debuted, and peaked, at #38 on the Canadian Hot 100.

Tramar Dillard (born December 9, 1979), better known by his stage name Flo Rida, is an American rapper. As a teenager, he toured with local rap group 2 Live Crew. Later, he appeared in numerous popular rap mixtapes and studio albums, most notably in We the Best in 2006. Mail on Sunday was Flo Rida's solo debut album; its lead single "Low", featuring T-Pain which was a #1 hit for ten weeks in early 2008. Two other singles resulted from Mail on Sunday: "Elevator" and "In the Ayer". In 2009, his second album R.O.O.T.S. was released; its single "Right Round" spent six consecutive weeks on the top of the Hot 100.
