"Knock You Down" is the fourth U.S. single from Keri Hilson's debut album, In a Perfect World.... The song features rapper Kanye West and singer Ne-Yo. The music video for the song premiered on March 23, one day before the release of the album.

The music video for "Knock You Down" was shot in Los Angeles with director Chris Robinson.

In the video's first scene Hilson is filmed free-falling in the bedroom of her apartment. The next scene follows her life with Kanye West playing her love interest, after which Ne-Yo takes over playing another love interest during his verses. The final part of the video features a split screen which on the left shows what's happening in the present when West sees Hilson making out with Ne-Yo while the right side of the screen relays the first part of the video in black and white. The final scene is a small confrontation between her two love interests and the video ends with Hilson's free-falling scene shown again. There are no specific dance routines featured in the video. It was premiered on Access Granted on March 23, 2009. Nick Tershay of Diamond Supply Co. can be see lurking in the background during Kanye West's verse wearing Diamond Life Pt. 3 and a Diamond Supply Co. fitted. San Diego Chargers linebacker, Shawne Merriman is also featured in the video.

Keri Lynn Hilson (born 1982) is an American recording artist signed to Zone 4, Mosley Music Group and Interscope Records. She is part of a collective of writers and producers known as The Clutch. Through the early and late 2000s, Hilson wrote songs for multiple rappers and singers, including Britney Spears and Ludacris. In 2007, she guest performed on Timbaland's hits "The Way I Are" and "Scream" and began a solo singing career. Hilson has made cameos in music videos for Usher, Ne-Yo and Nelly, amongst others. Her debut album, In a Perfect World..., was released in early 2009, spawning singles "Energy", "Return the Favor", " "Turnin' Me On" and "Knock You Down".
