Atendendo a um anúncio de jornal, 83 mulheres contaram sua história de vida em um estúdio. 23 delas foram selecionadas, em junho de 2006, sendo filmadas no Teatro Glauce Rocha. Em setembro do mesmo ano várias atrizes interpretaram, a seu modo, as histórias contadas por estas mulheres.

Following a newspaper ad, ordinary women tell part of their life stories to director Eduardo Coutinho, which are then re-enacted by actresses, blurring the barriers between truth, fiction and interpretation.
